MMDR Rental Rates 2009/2010:

Normal Rates:
* $1000 per night
* 3 night minimum
* 7% tax and $500 cleaning fee will be added to all rates

Holiday Rates:
* $2000 per night
* 5 night minimum
* 7% tax and $500 cleaning fee will be added to all rates
* Holiday Rate Dates:
    -  December 18, 2010 - January 2, 2011
    -  December 18, 2011 - January 2, 2012

Bear Room
King bed and a balcony with a view of Lone Mountain and the Spanish Peaks. Located on main, upper level.

Moose Room

Handicap accessible room with a Queen bed and balcony. Located on main, upper level.

Coyote Room
Queen bed and balcony. Located on main, upper level.

Big Horn Sheep Room
Queen bed and a patio. Located on lower level.
Elk Room
Queen bed and a patio. Located on lower level.
Eagle Room
One King bed and one Queen bed. Sleeps up to four guests. Located on lower level.
Only bedroom with a shower/bath. No patio or balcony.
Buffalo Room
King bed and a pull-out sofa. Sleeps up to four guests. Located on lower level.
NOTE:
*In addition, there are two twin-sized, roll-away beds available for your convenience (no charge).

*Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed.

* Holiday Rates may be slightly higher (listed above).

Deposit, Refund, and Discount Policies:

* DEPOSIT POLICY: We require a deposit of 25% of the total to secure the booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.


* REFUND POLICY: Cancellations made prior to 60 days of your stay will be entitled to a 50% refund. There will be NO REFUND if cancellation is made less than 60 days from your stay. We will give you a full refund if we are able to rebook the dates that you canceled. Additionally, a $1000 refundable damage deposit is required.


* DISCOUNT: If you book with us a second time within one year of your first visit, you will receive a 10% discount on your second stay. You will not be subject to price increases for the second stay.
